Full-Stack Developer

Our Tech Stack

We provide professional service providers with tools that enable them to provide a better customer experience through better communication whilst increasing their productivity through the use of our smart technology. Our technology stack includes PHP Laravel backends, hybrid mobile application (React Native) and a responsive web app in React JS.

 

Profile

    • Ability to work independently without having to rely on others or require constant supervision

    • Drive to become a lead developer for a growing team
    • Open to learn new things outside of your comfort zone

 

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with others to come up with creative solutions to the evolving requirements of our user base
    • Continuous update and improvement of our API, mobile and web applications
    • Make and communicate technical decisions to the rest of the team
    • Engage with the rest of the team during the architecture planning and design process
    • Consult with stakeholders on the best approach for delivering features, both in time and form
    • Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing

 

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with PHP Laravel backend development
  • Strong experience with ReactJS and React Native frontend development
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience in Agile development
  • Strong experience with Git
  • Experience with Build Automation Tools (Webpack)
  • MySQL
  • REST API development
  • YAML pipelines experience preferred but not required
  • DevOps experience with Amazon AWS preferred but not required
  • Linux and cloud infrastructure management experience preferred but not required

Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, resilient and bring a high level of energy to the team. You will lead the development of creating opportunities and winning business resulting in income generation for The Link App against agreed targets. With experience of creating and executing a sales strategy, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships and developing new accounts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the new business pipeline development, establishing client needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Creating relationships with our clients and a commitment to excellent client service.
  • Must be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Identify opportunities at an early stage and manage the engagement process with the client.
  • Working with our Customer Success, Technology and Operations teams to ensure an excellent client experience and continuously improve our platform and processes.
  • Attending nationwide events and conferences and attending on site meetings.
  • To keep up to date with current issues in the sector.

 

Requirements

  • Target driven and motivated with demonstrable B2B sales experience and exceeding targets
  • Passion for sales and ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Senior-level business development experience
  • Interpersonal and verbal communication skills with experience of managing relationships with all levels of stakeholders and influencing key decision makers

Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate will be self motivated and bring a high level of energy to the team. The role is a lead generation position, you will be conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to qualify leads. You’ll be building and maintaining regular contact with a client base of forward-thinking legal professionals to help them transform the way they work, building strong relationships and developing new accounts. This is a new and exciting role so building a repeatable process will be part of the initial tasks. We expect you to be experienced in creating multiple scripts for cold approaches and intuitive enough to amend these when the need arises.

 

Responsibilities

    • Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients
    • Establishing client needs and identifying sales opportunities
    • Creating relationships with our clients and a commitment to excellent client service
    • To keep up to date with current issues in the sector
    • Must be able to operate independently with minimal supervision
    • Sharing insights with the customer success, tech and operations teams to improve the quality of the conversations and our messaging will be an important part of your role
